You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.
To be eligible for a return or refund:
• Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unworn outdoors
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Item must be in the exact condition you received it
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned: underwear, socks, and any item marked "final sale" or "non-returnable" on its product page.
If you receive a wrong, defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a free pickup and offer a replacement or full refund, including delivery fees.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days:
• Paystack (card/bank) payments: refunded to the same account used for payment
• Pay on delivery orders: refunded by bank transfer to your provided account
Items returned in a used or damaged condition may receive a partial refund or be returned to you at your cost.
